Terms and Conditions

By booking with Stay with Khalifa, guests agree to the following standards to ensure a safe and premium experience for everyone.

  • Occupancy & Access: The maximum occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your booking. Stay with Khalifa reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if this limit is exceeded.

  • House Rules:

    • No Smoking: All properties are 100% smoke-free. A specialized cleaning fee of €200 applies to any violations.

    • Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

    • Events: Professional photography, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted without prior written authorization.

  • Security & Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. A security deposit may be held and will be released within 7 days of a damage-free checkout.

  • Compliance: Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID prior to or at check-in to comply with local hospitality regulations.

Delivery Policy

At Stay with Khalifa, "Delivery" is defined as the seamless transition of the property into the guest's care.

  • Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is officially "delivered" and confirmed upon receipt of payment and the issuance of a Stay with Khalifa confirmation voucher.

  • Check-in Protocol:

    • Standard Check-in: From 3:00 PM.

    • Access: Secure entry codes or key exchange instructions will be sent via email/message 24 hours prior to your arrival.

  • Check-out Protocol:

    • Standard Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

    • Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a small fee to cover the accelerated cleaning schedule.

  • Service Guarantee: We strive to deliver a spotless and fully functional home. If any aspect of the property does not meet the "Stay with Khalifa" standard upon arrival, please notify us within 2 hours so we can rectify it immediately.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We aim to be fair to our guests while protecting the availability of our curated spaces.

  • 100% Refund: Guests receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 full days before the local check-in time.

  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before arrival qualify for a 50% refund of the nightly rate.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable. However, the cleaning fee will always be refunded if the guest does not check in.

  • The "Stay with Khalifa" Flexibility Guarantee: If you need to cancel last-minute due to an emergency, we will attempt to re-book the dates. If we successfully re-book the property, we may offer a partial credit toward a future stay at our discretion.

  • Host Cancellations: If Stay with Khalifa must cancel a booking due to unforeseen maintenance or safety issues, a 100% refund will be issued immediately.
